Add fast and flexible mobility to an early war German force with Bolt Action Early War German Infantry on Bicycles. This set contains five 28mm resin miniatures representing bicycle-mounted German infantry suitable for early Second World War games.
Bicycle-mounted troops provided light infantry with useful road mobility without the need for fuel or motor vehicles. The German Wehrmacht made extensive use of Radfahrtruppen during campaigns in Poland, France and the Soviet Union, where they could perform reconnaissance and liaison duties while also supporting rapid advances.
In Bolt Action, bicycle-mounted infantry can move quickly during the early stages of a game before dismounting to fight on foot. This makes them particularly useful for reaching objectives, taking up advantageous positions and providing mobile support without the additional cost of transport vehicles.
These miniatures are suitable for Recce and Rifle Platoons and make a distinctive addition to an early war German collection.
Painted images are for illustration purposes only. Models are supplied unpainted and require assembly.
