This 28mm miniature set represents a Ukrainian Motor Rifle unit, reflecting the composition and equipment of many modern Ukrainian infantry platoons. While newer Western-supplied gear is increasingly present, many units continue to operate with traditional Soviet-era weapons, maintaining a blend of modern and legacy equipment suited to their operational needs.
Designed as a standard Motor Rifle element, these soldiers are typically transported in BMP infantry fighting vehicles. Their gear is adapted for local conditions, featuring extra ballistic protection, wet-weather clothing, and the well-known “butt pad” for added comfort during extended operations.
