Onitama – Rules of Play says:

Onitama is a brilliant little abstract strategy game with a random starting set-up and a set number of actions that really test players abillity to thing ahead and work out your opponent tactics! Played on a 5×5 board, both players start with five pawns on their side, with the main pawn in the middle. The aim if the game is a little like chess, in that players need to take the enemy pawns and main pawn to win, or alternativly they need to get their own main pawn into the space their oppenents main pawn started in, as this also wins the game. To make this even more difficult players only have a limited amount of movement to use!
