Airfix De Havilland Mosquito B.XVI/B.35/TT.35 – 1:72 Scale Plastic Model Kit
Celebrate one of the most legendary twin-engine aircraft of WWII with the Airfix De Havilland Mosquito B.XVI/B.35/TT.35 1:72 Scale Model Kit. With 182 detailed parts including 21 brand-new tooling elements this kit offers exceptional realism and build flexibility for aircraft modellers.
This versatile release allows you to recreate three significant Mosquito variants:
✅ B.XVI – pressurised cabin for high-altitude missions
✅ B.35 – last wartime bomber development with Merlin 113/114 engines
✅ TT.35 – post-war target towing aircraft, including the preserved “TA719”
Known as the “Wooden Wonder”, the Mosquito excelled in speed, precision strike capability, and adaptability. From carrying the devastating 4,000 lb ‘Cookie’ blockbuster bomb to serving post-war in target towing roles, the Mosquito remained a critical asset long after WWII ended.
Whether you’re building a sleek bomber or the vibrant TT.35, this kit delivers history, engineering excellence, and stunning display potential.
