This highly detailed 1:48 scale plastic model kit from ICM recreates the Dornier Do 217M-1, a World War II bomber variant developed during 1943. The design was created in response to engine shortages, with production shifting away from the BMW 801D powerplants used in the earlier Do 217K-1. Despite these adaptations, the Do 217 remained a prominent part of late-war Luftwaffe operations.
The kit captures the distinctive size and structure of the aircraft with exceptional accuracy, offering 244 precision-moulded parts and fine surface details. Perfect for scale modelling enthusiasts, it provides an engaging build experience and an impressive finished display model.
