Montrose’s Scottish Royalists Starter Army Pike & Shotte Epic Battles

The Montrose Scottish Royalists Starter Army in Pike & Shotte Epic Battles is beloved by wargamers. With primarily infantry forces, they were often outnumbered in battles but still proved to be strong opponents. The presence of the Irish Brigade and Highland clans gives the army a distinct character, and the scarcity of cavalry and artillery adds to its unconventional yet iconic reputation.
