MTG: Adventures in the Forgotten Realms Set Booster Box: – Rules of Play says:

Contains 30 booster packs. This set brings the storytelling and roleplaying elements of D&D to Magic through fan-favorite D&D spells and monsters and incredible booster fun treatments highlighting classic D&D flavor, including the rulebook treatment reminiscent of early Monster Manuals. And, of course, players will find an abundance of both dungeons and dragons.

Where Draft Boosters are built for booster drafts, Set Boosters are built specifically to be fun to open. Each one has an art card, a chance for extra rares, thematically connected commons and uncommons, and some even have an interesting card from Magic’s history. If you want to draft, get Draft Boosters. If you want to crack packs just for the thrill of seeing what’s inside, get Set Boosters.
