The P-38J Lightning by Italeri is a 1:48 scale model of one of the most unique aircraft designs of World War II. It featured a revolutionary layout with twin-boom fuselage and two engines, making it a powerful heavy fighter. With top speeds of over 660 km/h and armed with four machine guns and a cannon, the P-38 was highly effective in combat, excelling in long-range missions in both the Pacific and European theatres.
