Ruin of the Salamanders Journal Strategia

Journal Strategia: Ruin of the Salamanders offers a deep dive into one of the most infamous tragedies of the Horus Heresy—the annihilation of the Salamanders at Isstvan V. This 48-page supplement for Legions Imperialis explores the black sands of the Dropsite Massacre through new background lore, missions, Formations, and Detachments that bring the brutal conflict to life on the tabletop.

This book is essential for anyone looking to field Saturnine-equipped forces, explore alternate-history “what if” scenarios, or expand their games with fresh matched and narrative content. It’s also a fantastic lore resource for fans of the doomed but resilient XVIth Legion.
