This 28mm miniature set represents a group of irregular fighters, equipped with a mix of modern and legacy weaponry acquired through various means. Unlike poorly equipped militia forces, these fighters have access to body armour and more advanced firearms, reflecting the evolving nature of contemporary asymmetric conflicts.
Their primary armament includes modernised AK-74 rifles with optics, which may be genuine or low-cost imitations. One fighter is armed with a VHS-2 rifle, an uncommon but plausible choice given its distribution to Iraqi military forces, leading to inevitable circulation among non-state actors.
For support, the team includes:
🔹 M240 light machine gun, likely from a captured stockpile
🔹 RPG-7 with HEAT warhead, featuring distinctive Chinese-manufactured wooden furniture
Loadout in Spectre: Operations
