Victrix Thureophoroi

Victrix Thureophoroi – 36 Multipose 28mm Hellenistic Infantry Miniatures

Equip your Hellenistic army with elite versatility. The Victrix Thureophoroi set contains 36 highly detailed 28mm hard-plastic miniatures, representing the adaptable warriors who bridged the gap between classical hoplites and later Romanised infantry.

Emerging in the 3rd–1st century BC, the Thureophoroi excelled in multiple battlefield roles:
✅ Skirmishing with javelins
✅ Supporting the phalanx in close combat
✅ Countering enemy cavalry
✅ Fast raids and border defence

With their distinctive oval thureos shields, thrusting spears, swords, and javelins, these multi-purpose soldiers were deployed by Greek successor kingdoms including Macedon and the Seleucid Empire a key component of armies fighting across Greece, Asia Minor, and beyond.
