Viking Blood Feud

Viking Blood Feud: Rampant Adventures 1

Expansion for Lion Rampant: Second Edition

Step into the storm-tossed world of the Dark Ages, where honour is defended with steel and every slight can spark generations of vengeance.

Viking Blood Feud is an expansion for Lion Rampant: Second Edition, bringing to life the dramatic blood feuds of the Icelandic sagas. Set in Viking Age Iceland, this supplement draws inspiration from the larger-than-life figures of the sagas men and women caught in webs of loyalty, rivalry, fate, and fragile honour beneath a stark subarctic sky at the edge of the known world.

Blood feuds sit at the heart of many sagas. Their violent clashes are more than battlefield encounters they are thunderclaps in ongoing disputes, watched and judged by Icelandic society. Victory in combat is only one part of a broader struggle for reputation, glory, and social standing.

This expansion provides:

• Historical background on Viking Age Iceland and its sagas
• Guidance for creating your own warband and saga heroes
• Optional rules and thematic terrain ideas
• Five standalone scenarios
• A full campaign system that develops the origins of the feud
• Feud actions that influence the direction of the campaign, adding complications or temporary advantages

Perfect for players wanting to add narrative depth and historical flavour to their Dark Ages skirmishes.
