Build one of the most advanced modern air defence systems with the Zvezda Pantsir-S1 “SA-22 Greyhound” 1:35 Scale Model Kit. Designed to protect high-value military and civilian assets, this highly sophisticated short-range air defence platform combines rapid-firing autocannons with guided missile systems for a layered response against aerial threats.
Development of the Pantsir-S1 began in 1994, with the system officially entering service with the Russian Armed Forces in 2010. It was engineered to counter a wide range of modern airborne threats, including aircraft, helicopters, drones, and precision-guided munitions. Its integrated 3D phased-array radar system enables rapid target acquisition and tracking, while its twin autocannons and missile launchers provide devastating close-range defensive capability.
This 1:35 scale model kit is an exceptionally detailed recreation of the Pantsir-S1, featuring an impressive 677 parts to accurately capture the complexity of the system. With its large scale and intricate design, it is a rewarding build for experienced modellers looking to add a modern air defence vehicle to their collection.
